THE RACE TO HEAVEN - YOU MAY BE IN DANGER!

FIRSTLY, I'd love to apologise for the long break in transmission. I have no valid excuses, but kindly accept my humble apology. Over the last couple of months I have gone through a rather long journey to self discovery. I must say that the 'Christian RIGHTEOUS Race' is not easy... 

Ecclesiastes 9:11 says 

 I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all.

So many, very many things, situations, events and circumstances can hamper the race of any 'Christian' to Heaven's gates... especially in our world today; where agents of darkness are coming up with more and more ways to displease (sin against) God and GLOBALIZATION is helping to spread these malevolent, foul and obnoxious practices. 

Sometimes I settle down to take a look at the World and I can't help but think - "Lord is it that there aren't enough Mansions in Heaven?". The reason for this is that there seems (or THERE ACTUALLY ARE) more people consciously on unconsciously serving the devil. So so so so MANY things we do, say and even think are terribly sinful but because SIN is becoming a STATUS QUO in our world today, we may not even realise it! A great example is the issue of homosexualism today! 

To be honest I am really confused! My confusion is this...a few years ago, anyone who claimed to be or was involved in any acts of homosexualism was reproved and reprimanded by the Church and even the SOCIETY! Now however the story is different! it is now OPENLY supported and practiced both by the society and suprisingly THE CHURCH!!! WHEN DID THINGS CHANGE? When did this evil become a thing of pride? At what point did man rescind to such obscene debauchery?! How did it happen? 

I read on the internet sometime back that the President of the US once picked up his phone to congratulate a boy who had 'COME OUT OF HIS CLOSET'! WTH?!!! Like I was telling a friend of mine, "soon, it will be NEWS to be Straight!". 

This piece was inspired by my Bible studies this morning... 

Mark 4:11-12 says:

He told them, “The secret of the kingdom of God has been given to you. But to those on the outside everything is said in parables so that ‘they may be ever seeing but never perceiving, and ever hearing but never understanding; otherwise they might turn and be forgiven!

If you understand what this verse says, FEAR will grip you! Apparently, there are some people who God, Jesus, The Holy Spirit and Heaven's Supreme Council DO NOT want to see in Heaven and they (the mentioned Divinities) would do anything to make sure this particular people don't show! 

You may say "RUBBISH! Jesus said in Luke 15:7 that ""there is Joy in Heaven over one sinner that repents""". YES! You are correct... but don't forget what was boldly written in Revelations  13:8 & 17:8 - the very same thing;

Rev. 13:8 - "...all whose names have not been written in the Lamb’s book of life, the Lamb who was slain from the creation of the world."

Rev. 17:8 - "...The inhabitants of the earth whose names have not been written in the book of life from the creation of the world..." 

The above verses simply mean that some people were never destined to see the Kingdom of God, even BEFORE THEY WERE BORN! Read here for more details on that. 

Here we see in Mark 4, Jesus literally telling His disciples that He speaks in parables so that some people NOT will understand His gospel, then REPENT AND BE FORGIVEN!!!

This brings home the point made in 

Exodus 33:19 - "...I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion." 

Brethren, God is CHOOSING those who will enter His kingdom!!!

Please fight, struggle and strive to make sure your name is written in His book...that Great BOOK OF LIFE! Jesus gives us a clue  in

Mark 3:32-35 - And a multitude was sitting around Him; and they said to Him, “Look, Your mother and Your brothers are outside seeking You.” But He answered them, saying, “Who is My mother, or My brothers?” And He looked around in a circle at those who sat about Him, and said, “Here are My mother and My brothers! For whoever does the will of God is My brother and My sister and mother.”

When rich men build mansions or buy castles, they do not invite strangers to live with them. They invite FAMILY! Take a cue from Mark 3:32-35; DO HIS WILL and it will be well with us all in Jesus name....AMEN!
